Executive Overview
A coffee house that started as a view. While shifting the group's corporate offices to a high-elevation space, Aayush Agrawal found a panoramic sightline over Patna and decided the city deserved to share it — with coffee good enough to justify the climb.
The idea
⚜ An urban sanctuary, not a metro clone
- • Conceived around skyline views that reminded the founder of major metro hubs, and built to give Patna the same.
- • Deliberately stepped away from both outdated traditional dining setups and generic metro imitations, in favour of something aesthetic, soothing and genuinely local.
- • Named by Aayush's wife (Prachi) — Sora (空) is Japanese for sky, for a rooftop that touches Patna's skyline.
The craft
⚜ Bean to cup, controlled end to end
- • Specialty coffee fruit and beans sourced directly.
- • Custom in-house roasting SOPs developed from scratch.
- • Proprietary blending formulas, artisanal flavour profiles and packaging designed entirely in-house.
- • A product line spanning whole coffee beans and premium instant coffee variants.
